Submission Guidlines

Paper Submission

The ICBSIP 2019 Committee invites you to submit papers within 8 pages. English is the official language. Submitted papers should be original and have not been submitted to any other conferences or journals.

1. Full Paper (Presentation and Publication)
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral or poster presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceedings.

2. Abstract (Presentation only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral or poster presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

Submission Methods

A. Please log in the Electronic Submission System (.pdf or .doc) to submit your full paper or abstract.

B. The full paper or abstract can be submitted via email: icbsip@cbees.net (.pdf or .doc).

First Review result will be told within 2 working days.


All the accepted papers which are registered and presented in ICBSIP 2019 will be published in

International Conference Proceedings by ACM (ISBN: 978-1-4503-6453-9), which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

Presentation Only-For those who do not willing to publish paper, they can choose to do Presentation Only and the abstract should be submitted.

ICBSIP 2019 will showcase high quality oral and poster presentations. Best Presentation awards will be selected in the conference sessions and recognized at the end of each session.

Policy on Plagiarism

ICBSIP 2019 is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.

If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.
